All our products which come under the following categories are eligible for an exchange/return:
(1) Wrong Order
(2) Damaged Product

Exchange/Return will not be accepted after 3 working days from delivery of order.
Pause Delivery
As a meals subscriber, you can pause your meals delivery. Please inform us 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Refund
In the event that your dog does not eat the food, we will be happy to refund your money. Applicable for all first-time customers and trial meal packets.
No refund for orders (meals, treats, biscuits, broth, meal toppers) that have already been consumed or damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days. We normally credit the money in your bank account or mode of payment used. Please raise a request on hello@bowlandpet.in or call +91 7090557090
Cancellation
In the event that you want to cancel your meals subscription in the middle or while it’s active, we would be happy to return the full amount related to undelivered meal packets.
