How can I place an order?

When will I receive my order?
If you place your order today before 5 PM, you can expect it to be delivered tomorrow morning before 11 AM.
What is the expected daily delivery time?
Our daily delivery service begins at 5:30 AM and typically concludes before 11 AM. Your delivery will occur within this time window, with the specific timing dependent on your location.
Do we receive any discounts?
Certainly, we offer a 10% discount exclusively for monthly subscriptions (30 days). Additionally, we regularly provide special offers and discounts during festival seasons.
Will I receive food delivery on a daily basis?
Absolutely, our daily cooking process commences as early as 2 AM, and the dispatch begins at 5:30 AM. We ensure the preparation of fresh meals each day, and you can count on same-day delivery.
How long can I store the food outside after receiving the parcel?
As we prepare fresh meals without the use of preservatives and ensure same-day delivery, it’s best to serve the food within 3 hours of receiving your parcel. If you plan to use a portion for the evening, it should be refrigerated (without freezing). Our fresh food maintains its freshness for up to 4 days in refrigeration.
Can I customize my meal?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customizations. However, our menu includes a wide variety of meal options, including grain-free, meat-only, and combinations of meat and vegetables. You can choose the meal that best suits your dog’s needs from our diverse selection.
Can I adjust the quantity of my meal?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customization of meal quantities. We provide standard packaging sizes of 300g and 600g. Each meal you order will be portioned into 2 packs: 300g into 2 packs of 150g and 600g into 2 packs of 300g. (Please note that the ECOMEAL is available in 500g with 2 packs of 250g and 1kg with 2 packs of 500g).
When should I make the payment?
Please note that all our services are prepaid. Your order will be processed and confirmed once we receive payment.
What is the return process for my order?
We apologize, but we do not facilitate exchanges or returns. This is due to our practice of commencing order processing only after the receipt of confirmed orders.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for monthly subscriptions (30 days). For one-time orders within feasible pincodes listed on our website, we charge only Rs. 50.
How can I pause my monthly subscription?
To pause your monthly subscription, please notify us through WhatsApp at 7090557090 or via email at hello@bowlandpet.in before 5 PM the day prior. The pause days will be carried forward to the following month.
How is the food packaged?
Our food is meticulously packed using vacuum-sealed pouches. This vacuum-sealed packaging serves the dual purpose of preserving the freshness of the food and ensuring its safety. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days while maintaining its quality.
Do you offer delivery across India?
Given that our fresh food is prepared daily without any preservatives, it has a shelf life of up to 3 hours after delivery and can remain fresh for up to 4 days when refrigerated within 3 hours of delivery. Therefore, we currently provide fresh food delivery only in Bangalore. However, our dehydrated treats are crafted in small batches and have a shelf life of 3 months. As a result, our treats are available for delivery across India, with delivery charges varying depending on the shipping address
What is your delivery method?
We operate with our dedicated delivery team. Our next-day delivery schedules are communicated to our delivery team the day before, by 6 PM. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request our customers to place orders, request pauses, or make any changes before 5 PM on the previous day.

In contrast, some other brands may label a product as chicken but use a blend of chicken, chicken organs, fish, vegetables, and various supplements. This level of transparency in our ingredients may be one reason why customers perceive our prices as slightly higher, but it ensures the utmost quality and authenticity in our meals.
